After-Hours Urgent Care Available
If you need care outside of regular office hours, Dr. Purdy is available for urgent appointments. Additional fees range from $30 to $75 depending on timing. Please call (406) 755-1113 to arrange an after-hours visit.
Insurance & Payment
We accept all insurance including Medicaid (children's chiropractic with PCP referral). Preferred provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield. Workers' Compensation accepted. Medicare assignment accepted.
